These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding charter between the patron ("Client", "you") and Amoga Garments ("the Atelier", "we", "our"), situated at 4A1, Fenner Colony, Virattipathu, Madurai, Tamil Nadu - 625016, India.

By commissioning a bespoke garment, requesting fabric swatch books, scheduling a fitting consultation, or ordering through amogagarments.com, you signify your acceptance of these Terms in full.

Bespoke suiting, linen shirting, and sartorial trousers are meticulously drafted from scratch to match individual anatomical measurements.

• Measurement Accuracy: While our master tailors execute precision 28-point dimensional scans at our Madurai atelier, patrons providing remote self-measurements bear responsibility for accuracy. Our concierge is available via video consultation to guide remote measurements.
• Individual Patterning: Every bespoke order involves cutting a unique paper pattern. Once shears touch the allocated textile, design specifications (e.g. lapel style, pocket architecture, vent configuration) cannot be modified without additional material costs.

Amoga Garments proudly champions natural fibers, primarily 100% European Flax Linen and Egyptian Giza Cotton.

Natural slubs, gentle textural irregularities, and subtle weave variations are organic hallmarks of authentic flax fiber rather than manufacturing defects. Natural linen also possesses an inherent, graceful creasing characteristic that signifies pure unadulterated luxury and breathability.

Perfection of drape is the cornerstone of our atelier.

• Basted Fittings: For ceremonial 3-piece suits and half-canvas jackets, we recommend at least one basted skeleton canvas fitting to sculpt the chest drape and shoulder roll.
• 30-Day Drape Guarantee: We offer complimentary fitting adjustments and minor seam refinements for up to 30 days following the delivery of your bespoke garment, provided the garment remains unworn, undamaged, and retains original tags.
• Subsequent Alterations: Substantial alterations necessitated by significant patron weight fluctuation or stylistic changes requested after final handover will be accommodated at nominal studio tailoring rates.

All prices are quoted in Indian National Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of statutory goods and services taxes (GST) unless explicitly noted.

• Bespoke Commissions: A 50% commitment deposit is required upon pattern approval and textile allocation. The remaining 50% balance is settled upon final fitting approval prior to dispatch or handover.
• Ready-to-Wear & Swatch Requests: Ready-to-wear items and fabric swatch dossiers must be paid in full at checkout.

• Bespoke & Custom Tailored Apparel: Because bespoke garments are engineered exclusively to unique bodily dimensions and personalized monograms, bespoke orders are non-refundable and non-returnable once fabric cutting has commenced. We stand behind our work with our 30-day complimentary alteration guarantee until optimal fit is achieved.
• Cancellation Window: You may cancel or amend your bespoke order within 24 hours of booking, provided fabric cutting has not begun. In such instances, a full refund less any transaction processing fees will be remitted within 7 business days.
• Ready-to-Wear Accessories: Standard-sized accessories and ties may be returned within 7 days of receipt in immaculate, unworn condition with original linen packaging intact.

Tailoring excellence requires deliberate craftsmanship:

• Bespoke Suiting Lead Times: Typically 3 to 4 weeks from measurement finalization to completion, accounting for intermediate basted fittings.
• Custom Linen Shirting: Typically 10 to 14 business days.
• Expedited Ceremonial Commissions: Rush production for weddings or ceremonial milestones can be arranged upon prior consultation and subject to atelier capacity.
• Insured Dispatch: All shipments are dispatched via tracked, insured premium courier partners in protective breathable linen garment bags.

These Terms and any non-contractual obligations arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the substantive laws of India.

Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to your bespoke commission or dealings with Amoga Garments shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Madurai, Tamil Nadu, India.
